Supported Community Living
RFYP provides 24-hour, hourly, 7-day-a-week community living services. We’re happy to provide all of our members with the care and support they deserve to live the lives they desire. That’s the mission we set out to accomplish every day.

Day Habilitation
After our members join, they are provided with medical monitoring, daily living skills training, and active community involvement opportunities. We strive to provide our members with the relationships, employment skills, and education they need.
