COVID-19 Updates & Procedures
Help Us Continue To Serve The Iowa Community In A Safe & Healthy Way
If a member has not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine, they are eligible for a vaccination at no cost to them at Towncrest Pharmacy or any pharmacy of their choice. If a member has already been vaccinated, RFYP will ask for a copy of the vaccine card. RFYP will share information about the COVID-19 vaccine with the member or guardian prior to each dose regarding the benefits, risks, and potential side effects prior to obtaining consent. Members and guardians have the opportunity to accept or refuse a COVID-19 vaccine and change their decision at any time.
